An excellent service all staff members who I spoke with were very professional and helpful. The Visa team were able to get me a 5 year Indian visa within 24 hours, which pleasantly really surprised me. Due to airline changing connecting flight at Delhi there was a slight change in travel which was communicated to me and alternative options provided. The secure online payment was easy to do using the secure link. I have used Ocean travel before and will do so again. Try them you having nothing to lose it’s only a phone call and hopefully you will also experience the excellent service.

I returned from my holiday in April and wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received from Oceans Travel. Great service from all the team especially Kamal. At the moment it isn’t just about booking a flight, it is the cumbersome process of tests, forms, documents etc as a result of COVID. Kamal made it so so easy, booking the flights, explaining all the requirements, conducting the tests and completing all the necessary paperwork, an amazing service. We also received reminders re booking day 2 tests on arrival and the completion of locator forms whilst abroad. 6 stars if it were possible. Thanks guys. Update Jan 2025 had my visa done through these guys so so easy and a great service. Will be booking flights this week through them.

Just superb service. I have used Oceans travel for a number of years and for a whole number of booking this year to India, Nepal and Algeria including bookings for a number of people all travelling at the same time. I am sure if you really hunt around online you may find a flight for £10 or £20 cheaper but what separates Oceans travel from any other agent is the level of support you will recive from your agent both with flights and organising any extras. I have had regular Whatsapp communication sorting out Visas flights etc and when the airline changed my flight details they made sure all my ticketing was re-sent through. A genuinely fantastic service which I will be happy to use on any trip I make rather than an online agency which has only a call centre service and no personal engagement in my travel. Well done - keep up the great service - a real rarety nowadays
